Being Free - Confronting Policy

Facilitating change, requires first knowing a problem is in your midst. Is the policy in the sunshine yet? Then, speaking into or changing the policy is a battle few are equipped to embark with any hope of success. Why? Because nobody knows the rules or requires public servants to obey the rules.

The reasoning behind this rant is directly related to my direct involvement with a criminal cabal of actors who are recklessly disregarding their oath.
